Adrian de Leon, a son of Filipino immigrants and Scarborough native, is a PhD student in History at the University of Toronto and a UTSC alumni. During his time at UTSC, Adrian was very active in campus and student politics. In the conversation, Adrian reflects on stereotypes of racialized communities in Scarborough and highlights the political culture at UTSC.
