“I think there's a lot of people also that perpetuate [negative stereotypes] at UTSC themselves. Like, 'oh, I wish I could have gone to St. George, St. George is the best.' And so, ...I don't think that's an accurate portrayal of UTSC in any sense of the word.”

The oldest of three sisters who have all attended UTSC, Ricelle shares the challenges and opportunities she experienced first as an undergraduate student at UTSC and then a graduate student at UofT St. George.

 

Why I chose UTSC

 

There was no connecting shuttle [between UTSC and St. George]

 

There is an inferiority complex
